I am getting a yellow notification saying that my profile is private or my connection is poor, what does this mean?

If you’re seeing this notification, either the “Game Details” option on your steam profile is set to private or your internet connection is too poor to be able to communicate with the Steam API effectively. Alternatively, the Steam API could be down due to maintenance or server issues. You can check the status here. (e.g: In this screenshot, the app won’t work for users in Europe-west, due to the CSGO API in Europe being offline).

The app works in-game but there aren’t any stats, what to do?

Please try closing and re-launching CSGO.

I signed in to my Steam account, but I want to change into a different Steam account, can I?

Yes, you can. Navigate to the settings tab located at the bottom left of the menu and you can log out there!
